Our Story

Formed in 2014 by Chef Leslie Bullock, Cat Island Cookie & Cracker Co. is committed to producing high quality, wholesome, all natural snacks and treats.

Returning to her native roots on the Mississippi Gulf Coast with her two young daughters, critically acclaimed New York pastry chef Leslie Bullock immediately noticed there were few, if any, options available for wholesome all natural snacks and treats. She decided to do something about it and formed Cat Island Cookies.

 

 Our Company

Cat Island Cookie & Cracker Co. specializes in sweet and savory baked goods. Everything is made with pure, natural ingredients and is 100 percent preservative free. All the bite-size, whimsical shapes were inspired by the beauty of the Mississippi Sound’s Cat Island. The company is strongly committed to running a business that’s ethical, socially responsible and environmentally sustainable. After all, we call the Gulf Coast home, too. 

 

 

First Kitchen

Our First Kitchen was a leased commercial kitchen in a local church in Oct. 2014. We outgrew that kitchen by Christmas of the same year and began looking for another, larger space. CIC relocated to our current production kitchen at 6340 Kiln Delisle road in March 2015.

 

 Constant Growth

In January 2018, Cat Island Cookie & Cracker Co. will expand once again into a larger space which would give us room to grow in the years to come!
